4. Cancellation Policy
This policy defines how to handle cancellations:

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged from 10th of May until 30th of September.
If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the total amount will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Non-refundable Cancellation Policy

The total amount of the cost will be charged on the day of booking.
Please note, if cancelled, modified, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

5. Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed.

6. Extra Bed Policy
There is no ability for extra beds.

7. Transfer Policy
Please note that transfer is available from the airport/port and can be arranged at an extra cost.
If you are interested in this service, as soon as you have full details of your arrival (such as arrival time and flight number or name of the boat), please send an email to [email protected] to arrange it.
In case of no-show at the arranged time at the airport or port, the driver will have to leave due to a tight schedule. A new transfer will be possible upon an additional charge.
