POLICIES

Regarding cancellations of reservations and transfer policy, we have made this webpage in order to help guests understand better the terms. So, we have the general cancellation policy, non refundable cancellation policy and transfer policies.

Transfer Policy

  • Please note that transfer is available from airport/port and it can be arranged with an extra cost.
  • In case you are interested of using this service, as soon as you have full details of your arrival (such as arrival time and number of the flight or name of the boat) send an email to alafropetrasuites@yahoo.com in order to arrange it.  
  • In case of non show on the arranged time on the airport or port, the driver will have to leave since he has a strained program of transfers. New transfer will be possible upon a charge.

General Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged from 10th of May until 31st of October.
  • If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the total amount will be charged.
  • In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Non-refundable cancellation Policy

  • The 30% of the amount will be charged on the day of booking and the rest will be paid in cash on your arrival.
  • Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Extra bed

  • There is no ability for extra beds.

Arriving/leaving  

  • Early check-in can be arranged for an extra charge
  • Late check-out can be arranged for an extra charge
  • Check-in time starts at 14.00 PM
  • Check-out time is at 11.00 AM

Pets Policy

  • Pets are not allowed.
